Bring the Herbs Back to Life 讓香草起死回生

Do you have problems to keep all herbs nice and fresh?
Try to use brown bag which will keep the right amount of moisture, but it is still breathable for your herbs remain freshness.
When you buy your parsley, cilantro, scallion are better with roots, wash and wabble them in a bundle with a big bucket of cold water, then shake away of excess water. Place roots in the bottom of brown bag. You can keep them in the refrigerator drawer, it will stay up to one week. If your herb seems a litte bit sad couple days later, immerse them in the cold water about 10-15 minutes. They will go back to life again.
The picture you see are the one week old flat parsley from supermarket, I just soak it in the water before I took a picture. Not bad ! Right?
This brown bag technique will also works the same on cilantro, scallion, too ! You just got to try it to believe " The magic of brown bag and nature water " ^_*
