Brussels Sprouts, Sweet onion and Golden Raisins 小甘藍菜, 甜洋蔥和黃金葡萄乾

Thanksgiving is coming in 2 days. I know your turkey will be the focal point, but I heard the side dishes are the things really attract to the people's soul. You can enjoy the big feast, but you don't need to kill yourself as long as you have some green vegetables on your plate. Brussels sprouts, these little green cabbages look very cute to me, and if you treat them right that could be very tasty, not funny smell as my promise. The best and easy way to cook this dish is roasted in the oven. But, your turkey probably will take over the space. Therefore I found the easy way to cook it on top of stove. Easy peasey .....

Cooking time: 10 minutes.

serving: 4-5 people.

Ingredients:

1. 2 cup of Brussels sprout.

2. 1 onion.

3. 1/4 cup of golden raisins.

4. 1 tablespoon of white wine.

5. salt and black pepper.

6. 1 tablespoon of butter.

First, you can halved or quartered Brussels sprouts then soak them in the cold water. Then, dice onion in big chunks, just the same size like Brussels sprouts. Roughly chopped the garlic too. * Don't make it fine otherwise it will burn during the cooking process. Toast all these with Oliver oil, sea salt salt and fresh ground black peppers. Place in the sauté flat pan. Add in water and white wine just enough to cover the bottom of pan, and cover with lid. Bring it to boil.

Open the lid, add in the golden raisins, switch it to medium heat. When the bottom of vegetable are getting brown and no liquid, drizzle a little bit more Olive oil or 1 tablespoons of butter. Flip those Brussels Sprouts around. Finish with low heat, You will see all this little cabbage and onion will get nice and rusty gold brown. They will taste natural sweet and tender, even my kids will be very impressed to say. Mm ... Taste good ! ~ Not bad .... Keep it simple when you cook big, so you can enjoy the holiday more without stress yourself out. This is my little suggestion. 再過幾天就是感恩節了. 我知道烤火雞一定會是你桌上的說矚目的焦點, 但聽說其他旁邊的配菜才是最涉及人心深處的. 你可以充分的使用大餐, 但是無需危害自己的健康. 只要你盤中有那麼一點綠色的青菜即可. 這些綠色的小甘藍對我來說特別可愛. 如果你處理好的話, 我向你保證它們會很好吃, 而且沒有奇怪的味道. 最好的方法就是放在烤箱裡面烤. 不過火雞可能會佔據烤箱的位子, 所以我找出如何也可以在火爐上做的方法. 不能再簡單了 ......

烹調時間: 10 分鐘.

餐量: 4-5人.

材料:

1. 2 杯小甘藍菜.

2. 1 顆洋蔥.

3. 1/4 杯的黃金葡萄乾.

4. 鹽和黑胡椒.

5. 1 大匙奶油.

首先將這些小甘藍切對半或者是四等份, 然後泡在冷水裡. 接著將洋蔥切大塊和小甘藍一樣的尺寸. 蒜頭也隨意切切. * 別把蒜頭切的太細碎, 這樣等一下才不會燒焦了. 將這所有的材料和橄欖油, 海鹽和新鮮的黑胡椒拌勻. 放置在平底鍋上. 加入水和白酒剛好蓋過鍋底即可. 蓋上鍋蓋, 煮沸. 打開鍋蓋, 加入黃金色的葡萄乾, 改中火. 當底部的蔬菜開始變金黃色而且沒有水分時, 再加入少許的橄欖油, 或者是一大匙的奶油. 再將這些小甘藍稍翻個面. 最後是用小火來完成, 你會看到這些小甘藍和洋蔥將會呈現很隨性的深色金黃. 它們充滿了自然的甜味和軟度. 即時其實我家挑剔的孩子也都感到很特別印象深刻的說, 嗯! 還真不錯吃 ! ~ 當你請客做大餐時, 保持菜色的簡單. 這樣你就不會有太大的壓力, 也才能夠享有個愉快的佳節. 這是我的小小建議. 現在你可以告訴我, 什麼是最吸引你的配菜了吧? 先預祝大家感恩節快樂!!! 😘😉😋
