Baked Salmon 123 烤鮭魚123

This is how women's mind works after she got married. She stop to think about herself anymore, but put her dear husband, then lovely kids as primary. She willalways remember what are her husband favorite food, and make it for him. She is not trying to please him, but to understanding his hard working and be appreciated. She will practice her cooking skill, trying to make anything satisfied her kids. Then, she will know she did the good job as a great mom should be. Of course you should know, food is just a small part of it when she is trying to show her love. She seems worry too much, and scarify herself too much without notice by herself !!!

My little boy loves fishes, especially salmon, so I will try to make any kind of salmon for him. Pan sealed with Teriyaki sauce. Marinated with miso, Milin then grill it. Now I am moving on to the American popular seafood spices called, " Old Bay " seasoning.

Ingredients:

1. salmon.

2. salt.

3. light brown sugar.

4. 1 tablespoon of old bay seasoning.

I brush the grilled case iron pan with vegetables oil, then put it in the oven, preheat the oven 425 F.

While oven and pan are heating up. I mix 1 tablespoon of old bay seasoning with the salt and blown sugars for my own taste, lightly brush the vegetables oil on fishes, then coated with old bay season all over the salmon. Carefully, place salmon skin side down on the hot grilled pan.

Bake for 7-8 minutes, depends on the thickness of your salmon. No flipping during the backing process. You can use the chopstick to check if the salmon if it is done. If the chopstick can easy go through the fish, then you got it. At the same time, skin side should be easy to remove from the pan. No trouble to any of stickiness.

I like to serve directly from the grilled pan, and lay on some garlicky asparagus. That beautiful salmon pink with vibrate green will make a great presentation. My little boy said, " Mom, this test better than restaurant quality ..... " Oh, YES!!! We are enjoy that crispy skin with that flavorful tender meaty salmon. Mom is happy and mission is complete tonight. The truth is, I didn't really do anything else, haha !!!

我家小兒喜歡食魚, 特別是三文魚. 所以我會為了他做不同的三文魚. 先煎再加上紅燒醬, 醃漬味噌, 清酒和糖後再烤. 現在我𨍭向美式最普遍的海鮮調味粉名叫做" 老海灣 " 的.

材料:

1. 鮭魚.

2. 鹽.

3. 紅糖.

4. 1 大匙的老海灣調味料.

我淡淡的在炙烤鉄鍋上塗上一層蔬菜油. 入烤箱箱遇熱425華氐. 在等待烤箱和鍋子預熱的同時. 我將1大匙的老海灣調味粉和自己喜歡的鹹甜度和塩及紅砂糖混合. 輕輕的在三文魚上抹點蔬菜油, 鋪上滿滿的老海灣混合香料. 小心的將三文魚皮朝下放置熱度十足的鍋中. 約烤7-8分鐘, 依三文魚的厚度而定. 炙烤的過程中請勿翻動. 你可以使用筷子來確認三文魚是否已經熟成. 如果筷子能夠輕易通過那你就做對了. 同時, 魚皮的那面應該很容易的從鍋中分離取出, 不會有任何沾黏才是!!!

我喜歡直接用這炙燒鉄鍋上桌, 在放入些蒜香蘆筍. 那三文魚漂亮的粉橘色配上動律的清翠緑蘆筍是一道很吸睛的菜肴. 小兒說, " 媽, 這比餐廳的品質還好吃 .... " 正是!!! 我們享用著那酥脆的魚皮和那鮮嫩的三文魚. 媽媽今晚的任務達成也很開心, 其實我也沒做了什麼 ! 哈哈 .....
