Green Spinach Smoothie 綠菠菜冰沙

ingredients :
1. 1 cup of baby spinach.
2. 1 pear cored.

3. 5-6 cashews.

4. 1/4 cup water or soy milk or milk, or any milk you like.

5. 1 tablespoon of honey if you really love sweet.
6. 1 cup of ice cubes.

My kids ask me, " Mom, do you really have to drink that healthy juice everyday ???? "
I guess it scares the hell out of them, just look at that green color from spinach, but what they don't know is, Lucy will never sacrifice for the taste.
This cool summer drink has a beautiful colors from spinach, the nature sweetness and the tartness from the pear and its skin. Nutty cashews, and adorable honey, if you really love the sweetness, add in some water or soy milk or milk and lots of ice cubes. All you need is simply blend it.
This drink got great nice protein, vitamins, low Carb, and it tastes just so delicious, no kidding, even my picky husband feel very surprised about this great taste of green spinach smoothie. Who says health food has to taste awful ..... You would always get that great taste in Lucy'S Kitchen, and this is my promise to you !!!!!!
材料:

5. 1 大匙的蜂蜜如果你喜歡甜一點的話.
6. 1 杯的冰塊.

我想, 光從那菠菜的綠色看起來就夠嚇人了. 但是他們不知道,露西是永遠不會犧牲好味道的.
這杯清涼的飲品, 取得菠菜的鮮綠色, 西洋梨的甜和皮本身帶點的澀味, 少許的腰果香, 迷人的蜂蜜, 如果你喜歡甜一點的話, 和少許的水或是豆漿又或者是牛奶及很多的冰塊. 你只要放入果汁機攪拌均勻就行了.
這飲品有很好的蛋白質, 維生素, 低醣, 而且它實在真好喝, 不騙你的, 連我老公都對這杯綠色菠菜冰沙的味道覺得驚喜. 誰說健康的東西一定難吃, 在露西的廚房裡, 你有我對食物保證的好味道 !!!!!
